High Temperature Vacuum Brazing Furnace
High temperature vacuum brazing furnaces are mainly used for brazing of copper, nickel, gold, stainless steel, high temperature alloys, especially heat resistant alloys with high aluminium and titanium content.
Scope of Application:
High temperature vacuum brazing furnaces are mainly used for brazing of copper, nickel, gold, stainless steel, high temperature alloys, especially heat resistant alloys with high aluminum and titanium content. It is also suitable for welding of the same refractory alloys or dissimilar metals as titanium, zirconium, niobium, molybdenum, etc.
Features:
During the welding process, the parts are in a vacuum atmosphere, which has the advantages of no oxidation, no pollution, small deformation, no flux, no porosity, no slag inclusion, and no corrosion of the workpiece, which can realize the high efficiency of multi-channel brazing and simultaneous welding of multiple components.
Specifications of High Temperature Vacuum Brazing Furnace:
Development and production of vertical, horizontal, upper door and bottom door and other forms.
